- Cube cheese and place in Crock Pot. Cover and heat 30 to 60 minutes until melted, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in tomatoes and seasoning.
- Cover and keep warm on LOW for up to 4 hours.
- Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or corn chips.
Suggested optional add-ins:
1 lb. cooked ground beef or sausage - 2 cups chicken, cooked & shredded - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese - 2 Tbsp. chopped jalapeño - hot sauce, to taste - 1/4 cup scallions, chopped - 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped - 2 cloves garlic, minced - chopped fresh cilantro (add just before serving)
